1. Who operates Savanzo
Savanzo, operated by Iodine Studio, is a California business. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Savanzo.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating or using a guest or registered account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use Savanzo. If you are 13 through 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You may play with a guest account or create a registered account. You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. An email address is optional unless we later explain that it is needed for a specific feature.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service; impersonate, harass, or threaten others; use unauthorized automation; scrape in a way that burdens the service; probe or bypass security; cheat; disrupt matches; or interfere with Savanzo, its users, or its infrastructure.
5. Ratings, records, and availability
MMR, match outcomes, and records are generated by the service. We may correct or remove results affected by errors, cheating, or abuse. We do not guarantee that any rating, record, feature, or match will always be available or preserved without interruption.
6. No wagering or prizes
Savanzo does not offer wagering, gambling, or cash prizes. Game results do not award items of monetary value.
7. NFL and third-party rights
Savanzo is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, or its players. NFL, team, player, and other third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Advertising and external services
When enabled, Savanzo may use advertising and consent-management services and may link to Ko-fi for optional support. External services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Iodine Studio is not responsible for their independent services.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or service integrity. We may change, pause, or discontinue features or the service.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Savanzo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that all data and results will always be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iodine Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Savanzo. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For a material change, we will provide notice and, when necessary, ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to play. The effective date above identifies the current version.
